  1. Ditto. My extravagances are books and beads. And Legos for my son.

    When I was in my 20's, travel was my extravagance. I collected photos and memories. I hope to write a book about them one day soon. That's an extravagance of jet fuel that I don't regret. I was so poor that I didn't really buy much while I was there, but oh do I ever have some memories!

  2. Ah, travel is still my extravagance, but I'd rather have experiences than more stuff. If there are a few souvenirs along the way, then so be it, but I'm not likely to spend a bazillion dollars on them.

    I take TONS of photos though!!! With digital photography, it's almost free once you've purchased the camera :)
